Why do we charge so much 

for our tastings?

Because we are not a bakery and make only "made to order" cakes, this requires time to bake, making your cake tasting delicious and fresh; instead of serving 

you leftover, stale cake.

Your tasting fee is applied

to the balance when booking with us.
